About Me
Callahan Field
Hi. I'm Callahan. I was born in San Shui, China in 2000 and immigrated to the United States when I was adopted at the age of 10-months. I graduated in June 2023 with a Bachelor's of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting at Samford University in Birmingham, AL. I also recently completed my Master's of Accountancy (M.Acc.) at Samford University’s Brock School of Business, and I am now currently working for KPMG in their Tax Division in Tampa, FL.
One Less Broken Heart is meaningful to me because I have two siblings living with rare diseases, so I understand first-hand the emotional hardships that families face raising a child with significant health issues. I also realize the financial burden put on families that comes with caring for a child with a rare orphan disease. I'm excited to be part of One Less Broken Heart to help provide financial assistance to these families, so they can focus on the well-being of their child.

Articles of Incorporation for One Less Broken Heart have been approved by the State of Florida and we are recognized as a private nonprofit foundation. Our 501(c)(3) application has also been approved by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and we are a tax-exempt nonprofit charitable organization.
